    Project Description   
    This project involved the investigation of alternatives for Frontier Refinery, Inc. and the City of Cheyenne to either line or replace an existing 48" storm sewer.  The chosen alternative was to re-route with a 54" storm sewer. The project was designed, bid, and constructed.
